通(tong)(tong)過學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)大家(jia)一致(zhi)認為(wei),民(min)法典是(shi)護(hu)民(min)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)劍、利民(min)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器、惠民(min)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)策,是(shi)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)國(guo)(guo)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)基、利國(guo)(guo)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)本、強(qiang)國(guo)(guo)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道,要(yao)推動(dong)師(shi)生員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)法、尊(zun)法、守法、用法,以綜合改(gai)(gai)革推進學(xue)(xue)(xue)校治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理(li)體(ti)系和治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理(li)能力現代(dai)化,維(wei)護(hu)好(hao)師(shi)生員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)切身利益。習(xi)近平(ping)總書(shu)記的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)文(wen)章(zhang),深刻(ke)闡明了補(bu)短(duan)板的(de)重(zhong)大意義、主要(yao)任務和具(ju)體(ti)要(yao)求,體(ti)現了黨中央帶(dai)頭改(gai)(gai)進工(gong)(gong)(gong)作作風,正視短(duan)板問題,徹底脫(tuo)貧、精準攻堅的(de)態度和決(jue)心。《意見》對我們(men)構建一體(ti)化、全(quan)貫(guan)通(tong)(tong)的(de)思想(xiang)政治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作體(ti)系,全(quan)面提(ti)升思想(xiang)政治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作質(zhi)量,指明了方向和路(lu)徑(jing)。

高磊指(zhi)出,補(bu)短(duan)板(ban)是我們提(ti)升(sheng)整體工(gong)作水平的重(zhong)要方法。我們要對辦(ban)學發(fa)展中存在的突(tu)(tu)出短(duan)板(ban)和必須(xu)完(wan)成的硬任務(wu)進行認真梳(shu)理,敢于正視問題(ti),按照(zhao)“缺(que)什(shen)么(me)、補(bu)什(shen)么(me),弱什(shen)么(me)、強什(shen)么(me)”的原則(ze),精準(zhun)攻堅突(tu)(tu)破,抓實重(zhong)點關鍵(jian),有效解決處(chu)理。
高(gao)(gao)磊(lei)指出,《意(yi)見(jian)》是(shi)指導我(wo)們進(jin)一步(bu)做好思想政(zheng)治工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)文件。一是(shi)各職能(neng)處室(shi)和二級學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)要(yao)提高(gao)(gao)政(zheng)治站位,圍(wei)繞立德(de)(de)樹人(ren)根本任務,圍(wei)繞我(wo)們的(de)(de)(de)(de)人(ren)才培(pei)(pei)養體系(xi)構建(jian)(jian),認真學(xue)(xue)(xue)習研究,逐條分析,逐一落(luo)實,在人(ren)才培(pei)(pei)養和思想政(zheng)治教育工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)全(quan)面落(luo)實以(yi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)為中(zhong)心的(de)(de)(de)(de)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)理念。比如科學(xue)(xue)(xue)調(diao)整作(zuo)(zuo)息時(shi)間(jian),讓學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)能(neng)有更多時(shi)間(jian)參加課外(wai)活(huo)動,豐富校(xiao)(xiao)園文化(hua)生(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)等。二是(shi)馬克思主義學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)牽(qian)頭,會(hui)同學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)、教務等部門單位,對照文件制定我(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)具(ju)體落(luo)實方案(an)(an)。落(luo)實方案(an)(an)要(yao)與(yu)我(wo)們的(de)(de)(de)(de)“雙高(gao)(gao)建(jian)(jian)設(she)”方案(an)(an)緊密結(jie)合,以(yi)項目化(hua)方式落(luo)實《意(yi)見(jian)》提出的(de)(de)(de)(de)系(xi)列要(yao)求(qiu)。三(san)是(shi)提高(gao)(gao)對思想政(zheng)治工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)規律性的(de)(de)(de)(de)把握(wo),落(luo)實方案(an)(an)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)具(ju)體項目要(yao)發揮價值引(yin)領作(zuo)(zuo)用,圍(wei)繞培(pei)(pei)養良好的(de)(de)(de)(de)職業(ye)道德(de)(de)和職業(ye)操(cao)守,加強思政(zheng)課程(cheng)建(jian)(jian)設(she),推進(jin)課程(cheng)思政(zheng)改革,繁(fan)榮校(xiao)(xiao)園文化(hua)等,構建(jian)(jian)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)一體化(hua)、全(quan)貫(guan)通的(de)(de)(de)(de)思想政(zheng)治工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)體系(xi)。
