通過(guo)學習大家一致(zhi)認為,當前(qian)全(quan)國(guo)疫(yi)(yi)(yi)情(qing)防(fang)控(kong)形(xing)勢(shi)持續向好,但疫(yi)(yi)(yi)情(qing)形(xing)勢(shi)依然嚴峻復(fu)(fu)雜(za),特(te)別是國(guo)際(ji)疫(yi)(yi)(yi)情(qing)持續蔓延,我(wo)國(guo)防(fang)范疫(yi)(yi)(yi)情(qing)輸入(ru)壓力不斷加大,無癥狀感(gan)染者難(nan)察(cha)難(nan)防(fang),防(fang)控(kong)工作(zuo)仍(reng)處(chu)在最吃勁(jing)的關(guan)鍵階段。同時受疫(yi)(yi)(yi)情(qing)影響(xiang),世(shi)界經(jing)濟下行風險(xian)加劇,不穩定不確定因(yin)素顯著增(zeng)多,我(wo)國(guo)復(fu)(fu)工復(fu)(fu)產和(he)經(jing)濟社會發展也面臨新的困難(nan)和(he)挑戰。習近平總書記的重要(yao)講(jiang)話、重要(yao)指示、重要(yao)回信,為落實常(chang)態(tai)化疫(yi)(yi)(yi)情(qing)防(fang)控(kong)舉措全(quan)面推進復(fu)(fu)工復(fu)(fu)產工作(zuo),教(jiao)育事業落實立(li)德樹人根(gen)本(ben)任務深化改革發展培(pei)養理想信念(nian)堅(jian)定本(ben)領過(guo)硬的合格人才指明了(le)前(qian)進方向、提(ti)供了(le)根(gen)本(ben)遵循。
高磊在(zai)總結講話中指出,我(wo)們要堅(jian)決貫徹落(luo)實習近平(ping)總書(shu)記(ji)重(zhong)要講話、重(zhong)要指示、重(zhong)要回信(xin)精神,牢牢把握統籌“兩手”,抓好學(xue)院(yuan)疫情防控工(gong)作(zuo)和(he)綜合(he)改(gai)革(ge)工(gong)作(zuo)。
高磊強調,要(yao)毫不(bu)放(fang)松抓(zhua)緊抓(zhua)實抓(zhua)細學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院各(ge)項(xiang)防控工(gong)(gong)作。一是學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院疫(yi)情應急處(chu)置工(gong)(gong)作領導小組(zu)(春季學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)期開學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)準(zhun)備工(gong)(gong)作領導小組(zu))和各(ge)工(gong)(gong)作專(zhuan)班(組(zu))嚴格按照上級(ji)要(yao)求(qiu)和最新通(tong)知,進一步完善疫(yi)情日常防控及應急處(chu)置工(gong)(gong)作方案,更加(jia)科學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)精準(zhun)地(di)做(zuo)(zuo)好(hao)復學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)復課(ke)(ke)各(ge)項(xiang)準(zhun)備工(gong)(gong)作。二是教(jiao)(jiao)務處(chu)和各(ge)系部繼續做(zuo)(zuo)好(hao)延遲(chi)開學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)期間“停(ting)課(ke)(ke)不(bu)停(ting)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)”工(gong)(gong)作,利(li)用(yong)好(hao)線上教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)平臺和優質教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)資源,科學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)合理(li)安排教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)課(ke)(ke)程,構(gou)建同疫(yi)情防控相適應的教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)秩序。
高磊(lei)要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu),要(yao)扎實(shi)推(tui)進(jin)(jin)學院(yuan)綜(zong)(zong)合(he)改(gai)(gai)(gai)革(ge)。前期,學院(yuan)已經明(ming)確了綜(zong)(zong)合(he)改(gai)(gai)(gai)革(ge)的總體思(si)路,聚焦構(gou)(gou)建(jian)獨具“山職(zhi)”特色、符合(he)職(zhi)業教(jiao)育(yu)發展規律的人(ren)才(cai)培養體系(xi),著(zhu)眼(yan)于機制(zhi)(zhi)建(jian)設(she)和標準化(hua)構(gou)(gou)建(jian),形成了以思(si)政(zheng)教(jiao)育(yu)改(gai)(gai)(gai)革(ge)、專(zhuan)業教(jiao)育(yu)改(gai)(gai)(gai)革(ge)兩個核心,教(jiao)師隊伍建(jian)設(she)改(gai)(gai)(gai)革(ge)、治理體系(xi)改(gai)(gai)(gai)革(ge)、人(ren)事(shi)分(fen)配制(zhi)(zhi)度改(gai)(gai)(gai)革(ge)三大保障(zhang)的系(xi)統改(gai)(gai)(gai)革(ge)方(fang)案(an),也得到(dao)廳領導充(chong)分(fen)肯(ken)定。從現在開始綜(zong)(zong)合(he)改(gai)(gai)(gai)革(ge)工(gong)作進(jin)(jin)入計時狀(zhuang)態(tai)。一是(shi)盡快將(jiang)綜(zong)(zong)合(he)改(gai)(gai)(gai)革(ge)方(fang)案(an)發給全院(yuan)各單位各部(bu)門征(zheng)求(qiu)(qiu)意(yi)見(jian)建(jian)議,并(bing)根據(ju)反饋情況修(xiu)訂完善(shan),經黨委會(hui)研究確定后正式發布實(shi)施(shi)。二(er)是(shi)要(yao)推(tui)動綜(zong)(zong)合(he)改(gai)(gai)(gai)革(ge)見(jian)效見(jian)功。通過(guo)施(shi)行(xing)學分(fen)制(zhi)(zhi)管理,重構(gou)(gou)課(ke)程體系(xi)、構(gou)(gou)建(jian)“0.5x6”學期制(zhi)(zhi)度、模塊(kuai)化(hua)打造(zao)選修(xiu)課(ke)程、實(shi)行(xing)主(zhu)輔修(xiu)轉換,著(zhu)力解(jie)決規模化(hua)培養和個性(xing)化(hua)培養相結合(he)的瓶頸。把思(si)想政(zheng)治教(jiao)育(yu)和職(zhi)業素養教(jiao)育(yu)貫(guan)穿人(ren)才(cai)培養全過(guo)程,培養一批批理想信念堅定、本領過(guo)硬的合(he)格人(ren)才(cai)。
高磊強(qiang)調(diao),學院(yuan)“雙(shuang)高”建設(she)方案已基本完(wan)成(cheng),一周(zhou)內(nei)要完(wan)成(cheng)好資金投(tou)入、項(xiang)目安排與預算(suan)對接等工作,預算(suan)項(xiang)目執行單位要做(zuo)出項(xiang)目執行年(nian)度(du)計劃。從今年(nian)起,部門年(nian)度(du)考核(he)工作與綜(zong)合改革和雙(shuang)高建設(she)任務等掛鉤(gou),根據考核(he)結(jie)果確定績效獎勵分配。
